Top party members are said to have been holding secret meetings behind the back of their leader, Raila Odinga. It is being whispered that many of them are unhappy with Raila, who they say has been consumed by power as Prime Minister. ODM signed an agreement with President Mwai Kibaki's Party of National Unity (PNU) to form a government of national unity early this year.
