Rawson, Blum & Leon, West Valley Properties Merge

SAN FRANCISCO-West Valley Properties Inc. of Los Altos, CA and Rawson, Blum & Leon of San Francisco, will operate together as RBL Real Estate on a go-forward basis. West Valley invests in core and core-plus retail assets with a stable of high-net-worth investors. Rawson, Blum & Leon runs with institutions, primarily Weingarten Realty Investors as of late, acquiring and developing retail properties.
