The Abilene Ruff Riders will have plenty of new faces in their first season since the franchise relocated from Katy, but the man making the calls on the field will remain the same. The Ruff Riders announced Tuesday that Gerald Dockery will return for a second season as head coach as the team not only changes cities, but moves from the Intense Football league to the Indoor Football League. "We're taking our steps to really get this thing launched," Ruff Riders general manager Barney Welch said at Tuesday's news conference. "As we're staffing people and finding office space, one of the main things we have to do to get players here is have a coach.
