Two women fought but lost their cars By Eileen Kelley and Alex Shebar • Police say William Chambers is a runner and a car thief who steals vehicles after assaulting their owners. In July, the 18-year-old was arrested on obstruction charges for running from police twice in the same day. The charges were later dismissed. But Chambers kept running. Including Thursday, after Cincinnati police said he raced off on foot from a stolen vehicle. Police in a helicopter later found Chambers hiding under a balcony. Chambers was arrested again on obstruction charges as well as two charges of receiving stolen property. Police have charged Chambers with stealing a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse on Oct. 27.
