AUSTRALIA captain Lucas Neill has revealed the details of how he aims to bring an A-League team to western Sydney in 2010. Heavily involved in putting together a bid for an A-League franchise for submission by the end of the year, Neill has spelt out how he believes the logic of establishing a team in an area he called the game's heartland is irresistible, revealing: * HIS franchise has signed an agreement with Parramatta Stadium; * THEY would train at Football NSW's facilities; and * NEILL will ultimately play for the team and will invest in its start-up.
