Pakistani political and defence analyst Dr. Hasan Askari Rizvi said here Friday militants in Pakistani tribal areas are targeting jirgas only to deter the efforts of tribesmen to fight against terrorism. Talking to IRNA Dr. Rizvi, added, "Tribesmen want to confront only those Taliban and militants who are engaged in suicide bombings, which is not acceptable to Taliban." Hundreds of peoples have been killed in such attacks.
