It was mission accomplished for Lindsay Davenport as she overwhelmed Aravane Rezai 6-2 6-2 to win the 2008 ASB Classic final. It was a clinical display from the eight-time world number one, who has won three of of the four WTA tournaments she has entered since returning to the tour after the birth of her son in June 2007.
