NFL ‘Whizzinator’ makers in trouble The makers of the “Whizzinator”, a prosthetic means of faking a urine test made famous when the Vikings’ Onterrio Smith was caught with one, have run into some trouble with the law. They were charged yesterday with conspiracy to defraud the federal government, who as it turns out uses urine tests to make sure people can, you know, fly planes and work in the CIA and such.
