Blackburn's Santa Cruz: 'I Would Like To Join Robinho At Man City'

Paraguayan International striker Roque Santa Cruz has revealed that he would be interested in leaving Blackburn Rovers to link-up with samba star Robinho at Manchester City. City manager Mark Hughes is a big fan of the former Bayern Munich player, having brought the 27-year-old forward to the Premier League when in charge of Blackburn in 2007. Santa Cruz has proved a huge success in the Premiership and has scored 21 goals in 44 appearances for Rovers during his time at Ewood Park. Hughes is keen to pair Santa Cruz with British record signing Robinho at the Eastlands Stadium and had an offer for the front-man turned down during the summer.
