Two held over thefts from Beckhams

Published Date: 14 October 2008 Two housekeepers who worked at David and Victoria Beckham's Hertfordshire mansion have been arrested for allegedly selling their stolen possessions online, it is reported. Police confirmed that a 56-year-old woman and a 55-year-old man, both from Essex, were arrested in relation to a theft from a private property in the area. Press reports said items belonging to former England football captain David Beckham and his pop singer wife were taken from their Rowneybury House mansion and then sold on internet auction website eBay to the highest bidders.
