Yamato Reunion ~ Chapter 7 ~ Uptown Girls · 10/13/2008 I could hardly wait to write about this particular day at the reunion, because.....this was the day that went “over the top” for me! We just finished having breakfast with the gang at the Harrah’s Caf�, and gathered outside of the restaurant. Cheryl Skipton’s husband, Larry, and my Dave announced that they were going to go to the car show at the Imperial Palace. So.....Cheryl and I decided to go to the welcoming room together. At past reunions, I always hang out in the welcoming room.....just to see everyone when they arrive. But this time, I only had time to go to my room and change clothes for the next activity...I barely saw my room the whole time.....and I could not have been happier!!
