Canada's Conservative Party is set to win Tuesday's election, but without getting enough seats to form their long-sought majority government, according to a poll released Monday. The Canadian Press/Harris-Decima rolling survey, conducted throughout the five weeks of the election campaign, put support for the Conservatives at 34 percent, followed by Stephane Dion's Liberals at 25 percent. The NDP stood at 19 percent, the Bloc Quebecois at 11, and the Greens at nine, according to the survey.
