On Monday 24-year-old Joseph Wolfert was sentenced to 20 months in prison for the death of two young friends. Apichai Noppakovat and Nicholas Morales had just graduated from Clover Park High School. The two were riding in a car driven by their friend Chris Smith. The 16-year-old Smith became angry when Wolfert passed his car on the shoulder of the road two summers ago in University Place.
