Wotton, Ph.D., as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Dr. Wotton previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Concurrently, Jack E. Stover has resigned as both Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
