Marietta Man Kidnapped, Left For Dead Survives

Marietta, Ga.-- Marietta police have one man in custody and looking for a second one in connection to a kidnapping on Franklin Road. Sometime Monday morning, 21-year old Troy Harvey and another man identified as 30-year old Naeem Milligan kidnapped a man from an apartment complex on Franklin Road. Milligan lured the victim to the complex. When he arrived the man attacked him and tied his hands and feet with duct tape. He then forced the victim to the trunk of his own car.
