GIPS Extends Mobile Calling Technology to Video

In particular, adding video to the mix makes communicating via mobile devices much more interesting. Thus it comes as little surprise that VoIP software provider GIPS (Global IP Solutions Inc.) has just released technology that lets Windows Mobile users make video phone calls to one another. GIPS reported that the technology is getting a lot of interest from potential customers, and predicted that even cellular carriers will find mobile video more attractive than threatening.
