Call to end teacher dispute

The SA Opposition has called on Premier Mike Rann to act to end the teachers' dispute. (ABC TV) The South Australian Opposition says Premier Mike Rann should follow the lead of Western Australia to end the dispute with the State's public sector teachers. Last week the Western Australian Premier, Colin Barnett, gave teachers an interim pay rise of six per cent while negotiations on a new pay deal continue.
