PHH Corporation (NYSE:PHH) today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Sandra Bell as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 13, 2008. Ms. Bell assumes this role from Mr. Clair Raubenstine. The Company previously announced on May 8, 2008 its intention to commence a search for a new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to succeed Mr. Raubenstine.
