Reporters Without Borders 13.10 - United Arab Emirates: Al-Arabiya sues to recover hijacked domain name in US The Dubai-based satellite TV station Al-Arabiya is bringing an action in the US courts in an attempt to recover control of its website's domain name, Alarabiya.net, which was hijacked by hackers on 9 October.
