TietoEnator appoints Leonid Bliachov as a strategic advisor for Russia and CIS countries

As a part of its strategy execution plan, TietoEnator has invited Leonid Bliachov (born 1961) to join TietoEnator as a strategic advisor for Russia and CIS countries. Bliachov has graduated from University of Leningrad (mathematical economics, operation research), and he also holds an MBA Financial strategy OUBS from London / Munich. During his career Bliachov has worked for IBM East Europe, Documentum, Vignette as well as for Yukos Group - Sibintek Ltd. Previously he has been working as director for Lukoil Technology Services.
