Dubai (UAE): Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) revealed that it is considering introduction of new set of procedures for qualifying driving testers and instructors as part of a process to streamline training and testing. The new procedures will come to light in November 2008 and will remain enforced for a period of 34 weeks during which trainees will be deployed in groups such that driving tests of candidates will not be impacted.
