That was the challenge Mark Baltes undertook in his latest public art piece, "Aero Agoseries," a 15-foot kinetic dandelion sculpture at the Foothills Learning Center in the Boise Foothills. The sculpture will be dedicated Saturday during "The Foothills As Art" celebration, with hands-on arts for kids, and the work of local artists Diane Ronayne, Carl Rowe, Brian Schreiner and Ward Hooper.
