Published Date: 10 October 2008 It has been obvious for some years that the traffic network in Lynn is hopelessly overloaded, particularly for traffic using London Road. This will only get worse with the potential increases which will arise from the completion of the Nar Ouse Regenration scheme and the possible impact on traffic if the marina goes ahead, the collapse in land values must impact on the viability of the current scheme, and yet despite the obvious urgency, all we have is a study.
