Death toll rises to 9 in California bus crash

The death toll has risen to nine in the crash of a bus carrying many senior citizens and Laotian immigrants to a casino in Northern California. UC Davis Medical Center spokeswoman Phyllis Brown says E. Vang Saelee died Friday at the Sacramento hospital. The victim's son says he was 74. The crash earlier killed Saelee's wife....
