Latvia's inflation falls to below 15 percent

Latvia's inflation fell for the fourth month straight to 14.9 percent in September, the Baltic country's statistics office said Wednesday. Monthly inflation in September was 1.1 percent, due to a jump in textile and education prices, the statistics office said.
