Demonstrators have vowed to continue their protest against the Thai government a day after violent clashes with the police broke out in Bangkok. Troops are continuing to patrol the capital and police are reported to be guarding the prime minister Chavalit Yongchaiyudh's residence after yesterday's clashes left two people dead and hundreds more injured.
