COLUMBUS (AP) - Democrats are outraising Republicans in two open Ohio congressional districts and against a targeted incumbent, fueling the party's hopes that it can continue the victory wave it began in 2006. Republicans hold a 11-7 edge in the Ohio delegation, a majority Democrats aspire to reverse on Nov. 4. Yet Republican incumbents Steve LaTourette of Madison and Steve Chabot of Cincinnati are well ahead in fundraising in two other districts Democrats had viewed as vulnerable. And state Sen. Steve Austria, seeking to hold onto U.S. Rep. David Hobson's district for the GOP, has amassed more than twice the campaign fund of his Democratic opponent, Sharen Neuhardt.
