Hayes and Skip Kendall were not among the top 32 finishers Monday at the PGA Tour's qualifying tournament in Winter Garden, Fla. That meant they won't have tour cards in 2006, so they will have to rely on sponsors' exemptions or weekly qualifying to get into tour events. Stricker, of Madison, had the best score among the state golfers. He shot a final-round 67 to finish the six-round event at 9-under-par 423.
