Sadly the vote will be after the programme as it's due to take place around midnight BST, but there is likely to be a lot of movement in the build up. It seems the main difference between this package and the one Congress rejected on Monday is it adds in protection for deposits, along the lines of the protection already guaranteed in the UK. Congress will then get another opportunity to vote tomorrow. "They're trying to get momentum to get Congress behind it."
