(NYSE: FO - News ), the company behind leading consumer brands including Jim Beam, Titleist and Moen, today declared a regular dividend of 44 cents per share on the Common Stock, payable in cash on December 1, 2008, to stockholders of record at the close of business November 12, 2008. The company also declared a regular dividend of 66.75 cents per share on the $2.67 Convertible Preferred Stock, payable in cash on December 10, 2008, to stockholders of record at the close of business November 12, 2008.
