UPDATE 1-Polish PM approves new central bank deputy governor

WARSAW, Sept 24 (Reuters) - Poland's Prime Minister Donald Tusk cleared Witold Kozinski for appointment as deputy central bank governor late on Tuesday in a move analysts said was aimed to improve ties with the bank amid talks over euro zone entry.
