Gadsden will fence off rare plant habitat

GADSDEN, Ala. (AP) - A logging operation by the Gadsden Airport Authority that damaged one of six locations where a plant on the endangered species list grows did not violate the Endangered Species Act, according to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
