HONG KONG, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) -- The Electoral Affairs Commission announced here Monday morning that all the 60 members of the fourth term Legislative Council have been returned in the elections, which ended late Sunday night. It took about 10 hours for polling staff to count more than 1.5million ballots and the Electoral Affairs Commission began publishing the official results from 5:30 a.m. local time Monday....
