A Bicester teenager has withdrawn the allegation that she was raped. The 16-year-old girl had claimed she was attacked in a footpath off of Pingle Drive, near Bicester Village, at 3.30pm on Friday. She withdrew the allegation during an interview with police yesterday afternoon, a Thames Valley Police spokesman said.
