Hanna storms through Md.

Bands of heavy rain and wind gusts of up to 45 miles per hour are expected to begin lashing Maryland within the next few hours as Tropical Storm Hanna enters the southern part of the state and continues on its predicted course across the Chesapeake Bay and over the Eastern Shore.
