CzechRep most often sued state among new EU members

Brussels/Luxembourg- The Czech Republic, along with Poland, is the most frequently sued EU new member country, according to the annual report of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) available to CTK. The Czech Republic has faced ten complaints since 2006, six of which were found substantiated, the ECJ report shows.
