Neste Oil appoints Lievonen CEO

HELSINKI, Sept 4 (Reuters) - Finnish refiner Neste Oil said on Thursday it had appointed Matti Lievonen as a chief executive as of Dec. 1, replacing Risto Rinne who will leave his post for health reasons and retire.
