Mile One reports first profit

St. John's Sports and Entertainment, the company that manages Mile One Centre in St. John's, has reported its first ever profit, seven years after the downtown stadium was built. At a city council meeting Monday evening, Deputy Mayor Ron Ellsworth said the stadium earned $110,000 in 2007.
