Emerging Markets Report: Colombia lifts controls on inflows into equities; stocks rally

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Colombia eliminated capital controls on foreign portfolio investments into its equity market this week in a highly anticipated move that spurred a rally in local shares.
