Henderson names new police chief

HENDERSON, Nev. -- Henderson has named its first female police chief. Deputy Chief Jutta (YOU-Tah) Chambers will take the post on Sept. 8, replacing Richard Perkins, who announced his retirement in June. Chambers is a 25-year veteran of the Henderson Police Department.
