Research team develops way to produce bioethanol from golf course grass

GIFU -- A research team has announced that it has developed a method of producing bioethanol fuel from grass cut at golf courses. Bioethanol, a substance produced by fermenting plants, can be used as automobile fuel by mixing it with gasoline, and is regarded as being environment-friendly.
