reunions, birthdays, & 3rd grade jitters

Whew! What a busy day. I hate days like today when we have too many obligations and not nearly enough down time. First, we had to go to my husband's father's side of the family reunion. I have only met a handful of these people. They are not a close family and most of them don't get along with each other. It was awkward, uncomfortable, and irritating.
