Associated Press - August 21, 2008 1:14 PM ET TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) - Governor Kathleen Sebelius still isn't talking about whether she'll be the Democratic vice-presidential nominee. Sebelius brushed past reporters at a Topeka-area event without answering questions today. All she would say is: "I know I'm going to Iowa." She planned four events in the Des Moines, Iowa, area to campaign for Barack Obama, the presumed Democratic presidential nominee. Before leaving she spoke to about 50 students at a high school north of Topeka. She was there with other officials to kick off the state's participation in a national aircraft design contest sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy.
