Benefis Healthcare in Great Falls is about to get another new addition. The hospital is undergoing a $400 million expansion during the next ten years, including the nearly completed new patient tower, cardiology unit and soon, a consolidated orthopedic unit. Officials broke ground Tuesday on the new orthopedic center, which is the result of a partnership between Benefis Health System and Great Falls pediatric associates. The $17 million facility is specifically designed for the orthopedic patient, including specialized surgical suites and state of the art medical equipment.
