National › ANA aircraft makes emergency landing in Fukushima

Monday 11th August, 05:25 AM JST FUKUSHIMA — An All Nippon Airways plane heading from Central Japan International Airport in Aichi Prefecture to Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, made an emergency landing at a Fukushima airport Sunday due to engine trouble, the airline said. Upon developing a malfunction in the hydraulic system, the Fokker 50 plane suspended the left side engine before safely landing at the airport at around 3:50 p.m., according to ANA.
