VA mortgage loans offered

PORTSMOUTH — Service Credit Union is now offering VA mortgage loans with up to 100 percent financing. A VA loan is a real estate loan that is guaranteed by the Veterans Administration for veterans and military personnel. VA lending expands Service Credit Union's real estate loan options for our existing and new veteran and military members. VA loans are evaluated with the needs in mind of veterans and military members, typically with a pricing benefit over the traditional 30- and 15-year mortgages.
