Budding philanthropist makes splash for a tailless dolphin

A 6-year-old girl from Highlands Ranch made a visit to an aquarium in Clearwater, Fla., on Friday to drop off $45 she had raised for a dolphin that lost its tail two years ago. Grace Carberry painted marine-life portraits and sold two of them on eBay to raise money for Winter, a 2-year-old dolphin, said Jeni Hatter, a spokeswoman with the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. "It's just the thought behind it," Hatter said. "And to be that young of age and already want to give back like that — that's amazing.
