High Point Enterprise, N.C. (August 8, 2008) Aug. 8--RANDLEMAN -- The Piedmont Triad Regional Water Authority ushered in the next phase of Randleman Lake history and Piedmont Triad regionalism. On Thursday, the water authority held a ceremonial groundbreaking for the Randleman Lake water treatment plant. The six member governments -- High Point, Greensboro, Archdale, Jamestown, Randleman and Randolph County -- are closer to providing water to their respective residents as work on the long-awaited water treatment plant gets started.
