Norilsk board votes in ex-KGB agent as chief

By Catherine Belton in Moscow Norilsk Nickel’s board of directors on Friday voted in a former KGB agent as its new chief executive, the second change of chief in just over a month, amid an escalating battle for control of the world’s biggest nickel miner.
