Lancashire's NatWest Pro40 match against Middlesex Crusaders on Sunday 17th August will be the last match at Old Trafford this season. In fact, it will be the last match ever played on the current outfield. On Monday 25th August, the entire outfield will be dug up and a new state-of-the-art drainage system will be installed to speed up the recovery time following heavy or prolonged rain.
